1.1. We guarantee that the bonsai trees and plants you receive will be healthy and of high quality upon delivery. We take great care in packaging and shipping our bonsai trees and related plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
1.2. If you have any concerns about the health or quality of the bonsai tree and plants you receive, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.
1.3. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing guidance on care and maintenance, replacing the bonsai tree or plant, or issuing a refund.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the bonsai tree and plants must be in its original condition and packaging.
2.2. To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the refund request. We may request photos of the bonsai tree or plants for verification purposes.
2.3. Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the bonsai tree or plants. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2.4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned bonsai tree. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.4.1 For non-plant items such as pottery, tools, books, and others: Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with any tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the original order information, receipt, or other proof of purchase along with reference information.
3. Non-Refundable Items
3.1. Customized or personalized bonsai trees are non-refundable unless there is a defect or issue with the product.
3.2. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
